I'm 23 and...

I have to get braces. All because of some crooked tooth and some spacing issues. Ok, well I still have a baby tooth and the tooth it was supposed to replace is in the gums still, which is cause enough to get braces, but for the bottom teeth? Like I care if they're properly lined up and all.

But I guess that's not important, so I won't complain, especially since I only have to have braces for 2 years instead of the 3-4 years that my siblings had them. Which is cool.

When I get the X-ray's from my parents, I'll post them.

My teeth are a little crooked, so I've thought about getting braces. But I just don't want to deal with the inconvenience and embarrassment of having them in my 20s.

But I guess you have good reasons to get them.

Just a tad, yeah. Personally I don't care about the spacing of my lower teeth, but apparently it's important for it to be all symmetrical? I dunno, I just know that top teeth have to be done because of the one tooth in the gums, so I guess the orthodontist dudes are going to do the lower teeth.

But then again, who looks at the spacing of teeth anyways? Who really care about having perfectly spaced teeth?
